**Certain classes have been designated as Prerequisite classes for all new students. Prerequisite classes are listed in BOLD below.

Steps for Online Application Processing:

1. Read through The Online School Catalog (School Catalog)

2. New students download or open Online Application PDF document. Application (To Fill out and submit electronically you will need Acrobat 7 reader downloadable free here ). All other students please complete the exempt admission form.

3. Fill out Application completely ( incomplete applications will not be accepted ).

4. Click the Submit Application by e-mail Button in the top right hand corner of the document or print the document if you want to send by regular mail (please allow two weeks to process your applications).

5. Print out three copies of this reference form and distribute to three individuals who will serve as references. References must be individuals who have known you for at least one full year, are not related to you by blood or marriage and one of the references must be your pastor or a leader in your church. Return the completed and sealed reference forms to the School of Online Education .

6. Send in payment of $50.00 administration fee by mail, phone, or online payment (1-951-696-5944 Ext. 354).

7. Applicants who are not native English speakers are required to demonstrate proficiency in English by submitting satisfactory TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores taken within two years prior to the date of the application. For the written TOEFL test, scores must be 500 or above for acceptance and for the computer based test, the minimum score is 175. Information about TOEFL may be obtained from TOEFL P.O. Box 61512, Princeton, NJ 08541-6151 USA or at http://www.toefl.org/

8. Once your application is approved you will receive an e-mail with your username, password and the online school site.

9. Once you have your username and password you will be able to sign into the online school site, register for your choice of the prerequisite classes (classes in BOLD below), and pay for classes via online payment.

10. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a course key for each course you have registered for. You will have four months to complete the course and your due date will be included with your course key.

*To audit a course, you can pay online at this link . Individuals auditing courses will not receive grades for uploaded assignments or Semester Finals.
