Dear fellow Christian,

I admire your interest in studying the Word of God at Calvary Chapel Bible College. In choosing a college, you are making a decision that is profoundly important; you are deciding what your priorities in life will truly be.

In his letter to Timothy the Apostle Paul urged the young pastor to stay focused on the most important goals of teaching. He wrote, “The goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.” -1 Tim 1:5

These are the goals of our teaching as well. Our greatest desire is to see students' lives transformed as they learn to trust God, reflect the character of Jesus Christ, and demonstrate His love to the world. To this end, our greatest priority is teaching the Word of God. As we teach, we trust the Holy Spirit to bring God's transforming grace into the lives of people who love and follow Jesus Christ.

As you review our course descriptions, you will find that, in addition to in-class instruction, we also emphasize the need to practically apply the principles of God's Word beyond the classroom and in our community through courses that connect students with real-life ministry needs.

If you are praying about which college to attend, please do not stop! Let the LORD guide you as you depend on Him. And if Calvary Chapel Bible College is part of God's plan for you, we welcome you to come and enjoy learning His Word.
