The School of Correspondence Education provides classes to students throughout the year without the seasonal limitations of traditional fall and spring semesters and operates throughout the year based on a module system that corresponds to each month of the year. Each module is assigned a "Registration Date," "Class Start Date" and "Class Due Date". See "Academic Calendar" for dates. Late registration will postpone the course to the following module start date. Class registration must be complete approximately two weeks before published class start date. Each course is assigned a 16 week time-frame for completion. All class coursework not postmarked by the published "Class Due Date" will not be accepted for grading unless the proper extension period has been secured through the payment of the $50.00 fee. All extension periods must be secured on or before the published class due date.
