The School of Correspondence Education has been providing learning opportunities since 1985. It was developed in order to allow students who are unable to attend the main campus or an extension site, to obtain the same quality of education and degree as our resident students. The school has grown rapidly, attracting students from all over the United States and several other countries.
Our central purpose is a continual emphasis on a biblical basis and a commitment to serving Christ. Course offerings in biblical studies, theology, history, Christian life, and ministry are fundamental elements in fulfilling this purpose. This is accomplished by delivering college level curriculum in audio format.
Our aim is to increase the student's understanding and communication of Scripture and to increase the student's awareness of and involvement in evangelism and world missions.
SCE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
First Time Applicants
New Students who desire to apply for admission to any degree program with the School of Correspondence must submit a completed application. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated until all material is received. The admissions committee will evaluate applications only when a complete application has been received. The student may send officially sealed transcripts with his/her application or have them sent directly from the institution itself to the School of Correspondence office.
Any student who has been admitted to the School of Correspondence and remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (evidenced by a lack of course registration) will be required to submit a new application for admission and $50 processing fee.
A student is considered full time if he/she takes a minimum of 12 credits with a maximum of 25 credits per academic module.
Prison Division Applicants
The School of Correspondence has created this division to meet the unique needs of incarcerated students who desire to enroll into a certificate or degree program. Supplemental information, regarding special tuition costs, policies, and procedures, can be obtained upon request.
All applicants send completed application to:

New Transfer Students
Students who desire to transfer course work from another institution into the School of Correspondence for credit should request all official transcripts along with a catalog containing the previous college's statement of faith (if applicable) and course descriptions to be sent to the registrar for evaluation.
Bible Transfer Credits
The School of Correspondence will evaluate transfer credit for Bible courses only and may only be used to fulfill elective classes. Transferable Bible electives are considered to be courses that are academic subjects. All courses that are technical, performance, non-academic, or vocational are not eligible for transfer. Nor are courses below the 100 level that are considered college preparatory or remedial. Transfer students may transfer a maximum of 12 credits.
The student should not assume that all Bible course work will transfer. The registrar makes final decisions after carefully considering each course and comparing it to the required course work of the correspondence school. Transfer students are required to submit a completed application identical to that of New Students.
Students interested in transferring credits should have official copies of their academic transcripts along with the institutions course catalog sent to:

General Transfer Credits
Transfer students who possess an Associates or Bachelor's degree, or have earned at least 60 semester hours of general education from an approved/accredited college or university with a grade of C or better, may pursue the Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree. If as a result of evaluation, the student' course work is insufficient to transfer the required 60 general education credits, he/she may be admitted to the A.Th program. At the student's discretion, the necessary general education requirements may be fulfilled at a local community college prior to petitioning for graduation. In this case, an upgrade to the B.B.S. Degree is possible.
Transferable general education course work must be distributed over specific disciplines and must be above the 100 level as follows:
