Shipping
If in the continental US, USPS shipping and handling charges for MP3 courses are $16 per course; this covers up to three courses ordered in a siingle enrollment. This shipping charge provides for new course materials and textbooks to be mailed to the student, as well as, graded course work to be returned to the student. International charges may vary depending on location and weight.

*Sales tax is 7.75% for California residents.

Payment Procedures
All tuition accounts are due and payable on the day of registration. Course registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full. Tuition payments can be made by a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or an approved ATM check card by calling (951) 696-5944. Students desiring to pay by money order or personal check can make checks payable to: 'Calvary Chapel Bible College (SCE).' All courses will be processed and shipped after verification of funds. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $25 processing fee.

Course Materials
Students must purchase all course materials such as textbooks, MP3, audio and video tapes, and Course Guides, thus materials become the property of the student. There is no rental, lease, or buy-back program in place at this time.

Refund and Credit Policy
All students who are unable to complete the course work for any reason, such as incomplete work or course withdrawal, will not be able to receive monetary refund for their courses. They may, however, receive tuition credit that can be applied toward another course while tuition credit may be issued to MP3/course guide costs along with administrative fees are non-refundable.

The following schedule determines the percentage of tuition fees to be credited to the students account:

Fourth week 60% Fifth week 50%
There are no refunds after the end of the Fifth week 0%

Transcripts
Upon graduation, students will receive an unofficial academic grade report reflecting grades received for course work at no charge. Any subsequent requests for official transcripts must be made in writing accompanied with a $5 payment for each transcript requested. Please allow one week for processing. Students who desire official academic transcripts to be sent to another academic institution must do so in writing and must provide the following information:

1. Name and address of the institution
2. Number of copies to be sent
3. Student's name, address, phone number, date of birth, and social security number
4. Student's signature
5. $5 transcript fee for each copy
