Payment Procedures
All tuition accounts are due and payable on the day of registration. Course registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full. Tuition payments can be made by a major credit card or an approved ATM check card. Students desiring to pay by money order or personal check can make checks payable to: 'Calvary Chapel Bible College (SOE).' All courses will be processed and shipped after verification of funds. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $25 processing fee.
Textbooks
Students must purchase all textbooks, thus materials become the property of the student. There is no rental, lease, or buy-back program in place at this time.
Refund & Credit Policy
All students who are unable to complete the coursework for any reason, such as incomplete work or course withdrawal will not be able to receive monetary refund for their courses. They may, however, receive tuition credit that can be applied toward another course. While tuition credit may be issued, technology fees and textbooks are nonrefundable.
The following schedule determines the percentage of tuition fees to be credited to the student's account:
1. Courses dropped before the official course start date 100%
2. Courses dropped by the end of the second week 80%
3. Courses dropped by the end of the third week 70%
4. Courses dropped by the end of the fourth week 60%
5. Courses dropped by the end of the fifth week 50%
6. There are no refunds after the end of the fifth week 0%
Tuition
$100 per credit hour (All classes are 1, 2, or 3 credit hours)
Technology Fee is $15 per class
Textbook costs range from $15-$35 per class

Non-refundable $50 Application Fee
