Official Withdrawal from enrollment to the college is made by submitting a completed Withdrawal Form to the Registrar's Office. Students may officially withdraw until the end of the fifth week of the semester. Students who drop from enrollment at any time during the semester but do not submit a Withdrawal Form or withdraw from enrollment during the sixth through the 16th week of the semester, are considered Unofficially Withdrawn.

Unofficially withdrawn students will receive grades of 'UW' or 'F' for their courses. Students departing the College for longer than one year will be required to follow the current catalog at the time of their readmission. Students may petition for an exception.

Student's Records
Enrollees are advised that CCBC maintains school and student records for no longer than five years beyond the student's final term of enrollment, with the exception of transcripts and academic records.

Dress Code
Dress at Calvary Chapel Bible College is very casual. The purpose of the dress code is to prevent men and women from being distracted by the physical attributes of their classmates. It is expected for students to adhere to the following guidelines:
Women - Clothes that show the stomach or back, short shorts, short shirts, tight or low-cut clothing, are not permissible.
Men - Need to wear shirts with sleeves at all times; no tank tops or muscle shirts, or low-riding pants that show underwear.

Swim wear
We ask that the same standard of modesty is requested in swim wear:
Women - One-piece bathing suits, or modest tankini suits are appropriate.
Men - Loose-style swimming trunks are appropriate.
Once out of the swimming enclosure, a cover up must be worn by both men and women.

Body Piercing & Tattoos
Body piercing is not permitted at Calvary Chapel Bible College, with the exception of girl's ears and for girls, small nose jewelry.
*If you have had your body pierced in any other way, we simply ask that you do not
wear body jewelry while attending the College. Nor should you acquire any new
tattoos during your time at Bible College.
* Off-campus students are to adhere to the same standards as on- campus students.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking facility and there are no designated areas for smokers on or near the campus. We desire to set the best example we can for those around us, and to be a positive witness to unbelievers. Therefore, applicants who smoke will not be admitted.

What to Bring

Please be aware that computer games, secular music, R-rated DVD's, and the like distract students who come to this campus to be set apart for the study of his Word. Therefore, such items are NOT permitted on campus. In addition, please leave your televisions, DVD players, etc. at home.

MP3 player with ear phones for listening to Survey Tracks on CD. (Students have had the most success with the RioVolt brand.) Tracks are also playable on a personal computer with RealPlayer. Multiple outlet strip with circuit breaker.

Do not bring stereos, televisions, computer games, or pets, so please keep this in mind when packing.

Be sure to pack an alarm clock, personal toiletries, towels, washcloths, sheet set for a single bunk bed, pillow and laundry bag. For storage, bring plastic drawers with lids to fit under the bed, or small cardboard drawers.

Feel free to bring your own ping-pong paddles, tennis racket, volleyball, soccer ball, basketball, or bicycle. Small musical instruments are acceptable.

You may want to bring stationery, stamps, and a camera and film. CCBC is located near a shopping mall, so there is no need to bring extra items.

Pay phones are limited, so a cell phone is a good investment. The college office can receive incoming urgent phone messages.

For payment of tuition, fees, etc., CCBC will accept Visa or Mastercard, personalchecks, money orders, cash, or Traveler's Checks.
